The "IDrive" is a server based shared folder named "instruct" that was previously mapped to "I:\" on all windows lab workstations. Due to hardware conflicts, the "instruct" shared folder will no longer be mapped to I:\ on windows lab machines.
If an instructor has a reasonable need to use this shared central storage space for a course that can't be provided by another ITS service, a folder with the course name (or name and section) will be created. The shared folder can be manually mapped by all who wish to access the folder by following the instructions below. Write to winLabs@Staff.win.psu.edu with your course name to request this space.
Please, note that files in this shared folder will be readable by EVERYONE.

To connect to the "instruct" shared folder from your lab workstation, map the share \\labs.win.psu.edu\instruct, using dce.psu.edu\xyz123 (where xyz123 is your PSU Access Account) and your Access Account password.
